Located in rural Chilean Patagonia, Remota Patagonia Lodge offers luxurious accommodation and spa facilities including heated pool, massage room and sauna. It has a large interior garden, 6 mini lounges, a reading room, event rooms and a restaurant, all of these places with a magical view of the Última Esperanza Fjord, Antonio Varas Peninsula and Moore Mountain Range. The rooms have a view of the fjord, lots of lighting and spaciousness for optimal comfort. They also have a wooden covering that provides Patagonian warmth. The restaurant offers a menu based on typical foods from the area with an international touch like that of our travelers. The bar has various signature cocktail preparations which can be enjoyed in our large bar or in any of our common areas. Our breakfast buffet has the Remota Patagonia Lodge seal "Homemade bakery" The souvenir store has products from artisans, local entrepreneurs, products made from typical Chilean materials and a wide range of Remota Patagonia Lodge souvenirs. It has ample private parking.

Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile.
LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
