Featuring free WiFi in public areas, Hotel Ultramar is located on Carcel Hill, less than a 10 minutes’ walk to the Casa Mirador de Lukas and the Museo de Bellas Artes de Valparaiso. Rooms at Ultramar have been tastefully-furnished and have private bathrooms and cable TV. Many boast panoramic views of Valparaiso Bay. The Ultramar provides a cafe on the first floor of the hotel. It serves light snacks and drinks and enjoys sea views. Sometimes, it features art exhibitions and cultural activities. Guests staying over 2 nights will recieve a complementary drink. This restored, early 1900s property maintains its original ancient wood structure and brick facade. Bismarck Plaza, Pablo Neruda's "La Sebastiana" house, and many restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The Ultramar Hotel has a 24-hour front desk.
