Please note that the main road from Santa Marta is under construction and guests are advised to take 4x4 cars to get to the property.
Foreigners and Colombians who do not live in Colombia must show their passports with the PIP-5 or PTP-5 stamps, or Visa TP-11 to avoid being charged VAT at the check in time.
All guests must show a valid credit card at check-in to deposit COP 100.000 at the front desk as a guarantee for incidentals and additional charges. Deposit will be returned to guests at the moment of check-out. At that time, only the exact amount of charges during the stay will be charged.
In accordance with Colombian tax law, foreign citizens and non-resident Colombian citizens who receive certain stamps or visas upon entry into the country will be exempt from paying the 19% VAT tax.
