Minors with Colombian nationality who are staying without one of their parents or legal representative must present notarized authorization from their parents, including ID number, name, signature, and a copy of the civil registry or adoption decree. Without this documentation, entry is not permitted and penalties apply. Only one adult is allowed to enter with a minor.

Foreign minors without one of their parents or legal representative need written authorization from their parents, signed and apostilled by the immigration authority of the country of origin, addressed to Colombia, with the identity data of the minor and parents.
