COTTON HOUSE is located in the rural village of LABRADOR.
COTTON HOUSE is a shared facility with the owner of the house and offers a HOME STAY AWAY FROM HOME.
The area surrounding the house is full of mango trees. During mango season guests can enjoy picking their own mangoes
COTTON HOUSE is a fairly new construction; it is made out of mostly wood, giving it a rustic feel in the outside,
LABRADOR is convenient to people who are on the go to places such as Monteverde, San Jose Airport, Nicoya Peninsula or La Fortuna, Jaco, Guanacaste, Puntarenas, etc.
During the dry season, it can get quite hot during the day, however, when the sun comes down in late afternoon it cools down quite nicely allowing for a restful night of sleep. In the rainy season the temperatures are quite mild with on and off rainy periods.
COTTON HOUSE is 15- 20 min. drive to CALDERA BOULEVARD, and 30 minutes to TIVIVES BEACH (Surfing Beach) and 45 min. drive to PUNTARENAS FERRY.
We love meeting new people and sharing our house to provide guests with a nice breakfast to start their day.
GUESTS WHO COME WITH THEIR CHILDREN HAVE COMMENTED ON THE SAFETY OF LABRADOR AND HOW CHILDREN FREELY PLAY IN THE PARK'S GROUNDS.
