Before the property was bought in September, 2013. there was nothing here but tall grass and a MASSIVE mango tree that was instantly fell in love with! By September, 2014 the Cabinas were completely built and ready to move in! There are 3 Cabinas, a pool and the main house here on site. The Cabinas reflect a modern and minimalist approach, with quality furnishings for maximum guest comfort. This is a stunningly beautiful property, and we are surrounded by lush jungles, wildlife and you can jump in the ocean or a waterfall whenever the mood takes you here. It is a special place!

I'm Matthew and I am the property manager here at Tree Of Life Cabinas. I first started visiting Costa Rica 6 years ago when my cousin Nate asked me to come down and watch over the Tree Of Life Cabinas while him and his husband Ben were away on vacation for a month. I immediately fell in love with Costa Rica and in specific this particular area and this specific property. It's magical to me. Fast forward a few years and I decided to make the move here to Costa Rica as a Travel Consultant, and I haven't looked back since.

We are ideally situated between the suffer village of Dominical and the more urban village of Uvita. There are a dozen beaches within a 20 minute drive, 4 amazing waterfalls, lots of great restaurants and we have a great live music scene as well. Some favorite tours include kayaking in the mangroves, paragliding, snorkeling and horseback riding and exploring all the great waterfalls in the area. There's LOTS to do!
