We have Large two story, 4 bedroom home in Puntarenas Costa Rica. It has a great balcony view. It is 5min drive to Boca baranca surf spot and a 10 min drive to Puntarenas beach and to the Costa Rica yacht club. Its also 45-50 min drive to Jaco/Hermosa beach. The bus stop is only a 5 minute walk from the house and it will take you to and from San Jose and to all the Pacific Side beaches. There is a gated driveway for your vehicle. Total cost also includes Costa Rican breakfast and use of the kitchen and washer and dryer. There is also Wifi and AC.
We moved back to Costa Rica ten years ago.
We live in a peaceful and quite neighborhood. However, it's only about a 5 minute drive to the beach/stores/restaurants.
