Our house consists of 2 rooms, the main room has 2 double beds and the second room has 1 double bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and other areas of the house have fans. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have access to all the spaces in the house, the only shared area is the parking area and the yard since my parents live in the house next door. The parking area is private and secure as the property is completely fenced.

Tambor is a quiet area surrounded by nature and our property is just a 5-minute walk from Tambor Beach, as well as many local restaurants and grocery stores. Our location is ideal if you mostly want to visit different places and beaches around the Nicoya Peninsula since we are located at a midpoint to drive to beautiful places such as Playa Muertos (10 minutes to Pochote), Curú Wildlife Refuge (20 minutes), Montezuma (30 minutes) , Santa Teresa (45 minutes), Manzanillo (55 minutes), among others. Definitely the best way to get around the area is by car, we have a parking area in our property for up to 4 cars. We are located 30 minutes away from the Paquera Ferry, 5 minutes away from the Tambor Airport, and 2 minutes away from a car rental. There are also public buses that pass a few steps from the property in the Paquera-Cóbano/Montezuma direction, but they have very specific schedules.
