At Governor’s Beach we offer comfortable and bright studios, ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Our property is located just a few steps from the beautiful beach, which is certified with the Blue Flag, ensuring crystal-clear and safe waters. Each studio includes a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning, providing comfort, calmness and all the practical amenities you need for a pleasant and carefree stay. We offer ground-floor studios with a private yard, as well as first-floor studios with a private veranda. You are welcome to let us know which option you prefer, and depending on availability, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Governor’s Beach is a peaceful and beautiful seaside area, known for its crystal-clear waters and relaxing atmosphere. The beach in front of the studios is Blue Flag certified, ensuring clean and safe swimming conditions. In the area, you will find scenic coastal walks and seaside tavernas serving fresh fish. Additionally, thanks to its location, there is easy access to Limassol (20 km), Larnaca and Larnaca Airport (40 km), Paphos Airport (70 km), as well as the mountainous regions of Cyprus. Please note that there is no supermarket within walking distance. The nearest one is about 5 minutes away by car. For your convenience, we recommend having a car and doing your basic shopping at a supermarket before arriving at the accommodation. On the horizon, there is an industrial installation visible from a distance, located several kilometers away from the property. It does not affect the tranquility, air quality, or the overall experience of visitors. The area around the studios remains safe, clean, and ideal for a quiet holiday by the sea.
