Our company manages sixteen apartments, two maisonettes and a luxury villa having 12 years of experience in this field of business.

Magic Sea Apartments consists of 3 different buildings numbered 1, 2 and 3. All apartments are located on the ground and first floor. Buildings No 1 and 2 have sea or side sea view. Building No 3 have side sea view or inland view. We offer a choice of studio, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments. All of the apartments are fully air-condioned and equipped with no-frost refrigerators as well as washing machine and free WiFi as well as private parking. 200 from the beach just across the road, close to plenty of cafe, restaurants, pubs, bus stops, taxi office for private transport, 100 meters from the closest supermarket. 35 km away or 20 min by car from ayia napa and its famous beaches Nissi beach, Makronissos and Limamaki beach. 1 km away there is a pharmacy.
