Unique property in the peaceful and tranquil setting of Maroni Village only 2 km from the beach and in a very private location, still near all amenities. It is a 20 min drive to Limassol, 30mins to Larnaca and 50 mins to Nicosia. Enjoy breakfast on the veranda looking over the olive orchard and to the sea. I would advise that you hire a car when staying in Maroni village as it will be difficult to get around otherwise. There are 2 houses on the same plot of land and I live in one of them, although you shall have complete privacy. The houses are totally separate and have their own entrance. Both houses have amazing views and are in such a peaceful location. Perfect for a relaxing getaway from the busy city life. Seasonal private swimming pool. Massage available onsite. Air conditioner in bedroom, ceiling fan in lounge, In the winter the fireplace can be used and the air con unit for heating.

Maroni is a very quiet traditional village and very beautiful, with small side streets with the most beautiful church and people. There is are 2 small supermarkets, a fabulous retro English-run coffee shop with fully licensed bar and food menu and it is only 2 km from the beach and Zygi Marina. In Zygi you can find plenty of lovely fish taverns that serve the catch of the day. If you want night life and trendy bars it is only a 20 minute drive in to Limassol, where you can also visit the New Limassol Marina. Sarapolo square in the old town in Limassol is very vibrant where you can find lots of bars and restaurants that serve all sorts of cuisine. Maroni is a very central location in Cyprus as it is situated in the middle of the island which makes it easy to get around.
