A residence run by artists, located in a 4 bedroom downtown house in the heart of Limassol. Restored and expanded for artists residencies since 2020. Our property features an extensive collection of paintings from artists all over the world as well as a huge library of art books.

During the time of your stay you might even have the chance to experience an exhibition or an art related event, as we have a big exhibition space in the inner yard that hosts these events. Please note that there are 2 cats and 1 dog on site, but not in the living area.

The street outside the house is a very busy street right in the town centre. It leads to the old town, the castle, Rio cinema, Rialto and Pattihio Theatres, acclaimed restaurants and bars like: Bistrot 55, Saffron Indian restaurant, Le Frenchie, Library Bar and Gin Garden, Madam cocktail bar, Tapper Art bar, Old Neighbourhood Fish Tavern, Jam (boutique hotel restaurant). There are alternative, traditional as well as modern places for tea or coffee. Also, shops and souvenir shops and its a 5 minute walk from the seaside and the Limassol Marina.
