I am originally from the Netherlands but I have been living in Nicosia since 1996 with my family. We decided to purchase a vacation home at a coastal area to unwind from the busy city life.

This open plan 2 bedroom apartment has a supersized veranda with seating arrangements for 6 people, two hanging chairs,, 3 sunbeds and 2 extra chairs to enjoy the magnificient sea and mountain view. It is located in quiet area on a hilltop just outside Pegeia. It would be advisable to rent a car to fully explore the potential of the area.

We love Pegeia. It has a unique combination of sea and mountain side. Coral bay - one of the best beaches in Cyprus- is close by and there are an uncountable number of restaurants and bars in the area. Akamas nature site, Adonis Waterfalls and Pegeia Zoo are only a very small drive from Pegeia. Other than that, there are plenty of activities in the area to do such as beach sports, hiking, horse riding, tennis, fishing, boat trips, etc. The city of Paphos is only a 15 drive where you can find Kings of The Tombs ancient site, its traditional harbor with an ancient castle as well as plenty of souvenir shops. Paphos is also a modern city with a huge indoor modern shopping mall/cinema.
