Es handelt sich um eine kleine, gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Dachgeschoss in Niederlahnstein.
Es gibt eine große Wohn- und Essküche. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank, elektrische Kochplatte mit Dunstabzug und Verschiedenes wie Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Wasserkocher, Toaster oder Kaffeemaschiene stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung, ebenso wie eine gemütliche Couch mit TV Ecke.
Im angrenzenden Schlafzimmer bietet das 180x200m Bett Platz für zwei Personen und om großzügigen Kleiderschrank ist genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Für Bettzeug und -wäsche ist ebenfalls gesorgt.
Das kleine Tageslicht-Bad verfügt über eine Dusche. Handtücher bringen Sie bitte selbst mit.
Im Keller steht Ihnen jederzeit eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl, DM und Bäcker sind mit dem Auto in etwa 3min erreichbar, einen Globus gibt es in Oberlahnstein etwa 8min mit dem Auto entfernt.
Zum Haus gehören zwei Stellplätze in der Straße etwa 50m entfernt. Diese können Sie jederzeit mitbenutzen. Ansonsten sind der Straße meist weitere Parkplätze frei.
