Rust is located between Offenburg and Freiburg im Breisgau. It is located in the Rhine valley between the Black Forest in the east and the Alsatian Vosges mountains in the west. West of Rust runs the Rhine, the natural border between Germany and France. Directly adjacent is the nature reserve Taubergießen. Near Rust, the A5 motorway, which is important as an access road for Rulantica & Europa-Park. The region around Rust offers many possibilities for active and relaxing holidays.
Our house is located in a quiet area. Throughout Rust is Tempolimit 30. There are many hiking and biking trails in the nature reserve Taubergiessen and also in the Black Forest. In addition, there are playgrounds. a Volksbank, savings bank and a tourist office directly in our place.
Beautiful boat trips on the Taubergiessen can be booked directly, and you can also reach the next cities of Freiburg, Strassburg, Basel, the Black Forest and France by car, bus and train. From the apartment you can reach all restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, butcher, bakery, Rulantica, Europa-park and a bathing lake in 10 minutes walking or bike distance.
