Our apartment is a new building from 2018. All apartments are modernly furnished with designer furniture and fully equipped with single beds or with high-quality box spring double beds 160 cm but can also be pushed apart and thus be used as 2 single beds and high quality built-in wardrobes Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and ceramic hob and flat screen, as well as sheltered loggias / balcony to the quiet green courtyard. The room rate includes fast Wi-Fi already included. In our modern apartments you immediately feel at home. On the ground floor there is a delicious bakery that spoils you with breakfast from 2.95 euros as well as croissants and coffee shop.

Our apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the Munich Trade Fair Center with excellent connections to the city and Munich Airport. You can reach the city center and the Oktoberfest in just a few minutes. Underground (U2 Messestadt West or Messestadt Ost), bus and highway A 94 / A 99 Shopping center Riem Arcaden with 2 supermarkets and 128 shops and 25 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for the trade fair visit - hotel is located next to hall A3.
