This bright 80 m² home sleeps up to 5 guests and features a balcony overlooking the Starzelbach stream—quiet setting yet well connected (B27 and public transport nearby). The spacious living/dining area opens to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware. There are two bedrooms with twin beds that can be pushed together to form a double. In the living/dining room you’ll find a sofa bed as a fifth sleeping place. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower function; shutters help ensure a restful sleep. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, free washer & dryer, parking at the house and a lockable garage for bicycles/e-bikes. Private entrance and self check-in via key box make arrival easy. Non-smoking, dogs welcome, and we are an AlbCard host. Short stays from 1 night are possible. A VAT invoice can be issued on request. We are located in the middle of the cities Tübingen, Reutlingen, Balingen and Albstadt. Or to put it simply: in southern Germany on the Swabian Alb between Stuttgart and Lake Constance. Just four kilometers away is Hohenzollern Castle, which attracts tourists from all over the world. Other favorites include Sigmaringen Castle and Lichtenstein Castle in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful Albtrauf trails, premium hiking trails and cycle paths right on the doorstep are very popular.
