Step into this modern and welcoming ground-floor apartment, perfectly placed at the harbour with calming views over the Baltic Sea and marina. From morning light shimmering across the water to peaceful evenings by the shore, you?ll always feel close to the rhythm of the sea. Inside, the open kitchen-living area brings everyone together, whether you?re sharing a meal at the dining table, relaxing on the sofa, or stepping straight out onto the spacious terrace to soak in the fresh air. A bioethanol fireplace adds a cosy glow, while a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, and Bluetooth soundbar keep entertainment at hand. The bathroom invites you to unwind with a luxurious rain shower, steam bath function, and underfloor heating. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and flat-screen TV, ensure restful nights. Practical comforts are covered too, with a private parking space and the option to borrow binoculars from the service office for a closer look at passing ships or seabirds. Families will love the newly designed promenade with its playgrounds, while the on-site activity centre is a highlight for all ages ? from indoor climbing and slides to a glow-in-the-dark mini golf course. As a DanCenter guest, admission is free. A holiday home where modern comfort, family fun, and the charm of harbour life meet right at your doorstep.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

If you book within 21 days until arrival, you will receive the complete DanCenter travel documents only after DanCenter has received your payment. The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered. Please book services at least 2 weeks before your arrival via the corresponding link in your DanCenter travel documents. Some properties may not be available for youth groups and/or business/trade travel. If this is the case, you will find information about this in the original house description in your DanCenter travel documents. For youth groups there are special conditions regarding deposit/final cleaning. Please ask DanCenter before booking or paying the booking.
