This modern and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Marina Wendtorf?s waterfront, offering stunning panoramic views over the water and the marina. The open-plan kitchen and living area provide direct access to a large balcony where you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery from morning to evening. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a WOK cooktop, ideal for preparing a variety of meals. The apartment features three bright and spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and flat-screen TV for your comfort. The bathroom includes a luxurious rain shower with steam function and underfloor heating, adding a spa-like touch to your stay. Entertainment amenities include a TV with Blu-Ray player and a Bluetooth-connected soundbar. A cozy bioethanol fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Conveniently accessible by elevator, the apartment also offers parking nearby at Palstek close to Strandblick. Please note that the holiday homes and apartments in Marina Wendtorf are exclusively rented for vacation purposes. The area is still under development, so some disturbances due to ongoing construction may occur. Shops and restaurants on the ground floor are currently being completed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
