Apartment11 is a trade mark of city-netze GmbH which operates an internet provider in Ulm. If we do not use our apartments for our own employees, we are happy to rent them out. The building is equipped with excellent FREE WIFI internet access and is located 100 meters from Ulm Minster, directly in a quiet pedestrian zone. An optional MIFI device is also available for guests, which provides unlimited internet. We speak English, German and French.

The spacious holiday apartments have separate entrances and In Room Bathrooms. We have been renting since 2007. The house is very centrally located. Within walking distance of Ulm Minster and the train station. All restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. Public transport is within 100 meters. You can check in with us in person on weekdays between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. If you would like to flexibly arrive later, this is not a problem until 10:00 p.m., as you can use our self check-in system where you can complete all arrival formalities online. We offer optional late checkout until 12 p.m. instead of 10 a.m. and early check-in from 9 a.m. for an additional charge. Bed linen is provided and changed every 2 weeks. Towels on a weekly basis. Included in our price. Pets are allowed in our apartments A, B and C (Standard, Loft & Studio) fr an extra small cost. However, they must be requested in advance. The number of guests booked, must correspond to that in the accommodation contract.

The apartment is centrally located directly in the pedestrian zone. 5 minutes walk from the main train station. Located 2 minutes from the nearest tram stop. The Ulm Muenster is within sight. The SALZSTADEL public car park is located right next to the house. We have two parking spaces there, but they are sometimes full. However, the parking garage has additional spaces that can be used depending on availability. Payment is made directly at the parking garage. A charging station for electric cars is located directly 50 meters from the house. Parking there is free while charging. Free public parking spaces are available in about 10 minutes on foot from the building. The market is held weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the square in front of the cathedral, where you can get everything you need. 5 bakeries are located in the immediate vicinity. Numerous restaurants and Ulm's nightlife are within walking distance. Three supermarkets and an Aldi are a 5-minute walk from the building. Because of the optimal location close to the main train station and the direct proximity to the Theater tram stop (crossing lines 1 and 2), accessibility by public transport is excellent. Line 2 connects to the University and Eselsberg.
