The old building apartment furnished in a cozy industrial-chic style is located in the heart of Erfurt, in the popular Andreasvorstadt and is only a short walk from the center.
The apartment has a quiet bedroom, a living room with open kitchen and dining area, as well as a cozy TV corner in which the large sofa bed. Due to the high ceilings, the great old building charm and unique interior style, the apartment is a highlight in Erfurt.
The combination of modern eat-in kitchen, dining room and TV area invites you to enjoy the cozy atmosphere. Especially the open kitchen is ideal for cooking in small groups after which the subsequent dinner in the living room. The eat-in kitchen, newly installed with high-quality appliances, is fully equipped and forms the heart of the apartment. The interior style is industrial modern and gains a warm atmosphere from the brick wall. The lounge area with sofa corner and armchair corner then gives additional opportunity to linger. The many windows make the apartment nice and bright.

The exceptionally large and largely preserved old town invites you to stroll and marvel. In addition to the Cathedral Square, the Krämer Bridge, and the Petersberg Citadel, Erfurt has many other attractions to offer in the historic center - and all of this is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Public transport (bus and streetcar) as well as popular restaurants, bars and clubs are within walking distance.
You can get the key via a key box on site. In the adjacent streets there are public and free parking spaces.
