BaseCamp Bonn
Rooms in individual compartments of an old train carriage, and uniquely styled mobile homes with themes ranging from flower power to space shuttle are offered by this hostel. Free WiFi is also available. BaseCamp Bonn’s compact train carriage rooms are equipped with bunk beds and a washbasin. Carriage rooms, original American Airstreams and mobile homes all have access to shared bathroom facilities. A vegetarian breakfast buffet is provided by BaseCamp Bonn and there is a small communal kitchen area featuring a microwave, kettle and a fridge. Guests can enjoy the indoor beer garden and barbecue facilities. The hostel is just 2 km from the River Rhein and the Freizeitpark Rheinaue Park. The Freibad Friesdorf outdoor swimming pool and the World Conference Centre Bonn can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Dt. Telekom/Ollenhauerstraße Underground Train Station is a 7-minute walk away from BaseCamp Bonn. The A562 motorway is only a 3-minute drive from the hostel, which offers free private parking.
