香港「酒店每日營業，設施耗損是正常不過，重點是處理及時：早上8時通知職員浴缸去水緩慢，10分鐘後技師到場檢查，發現只是隱蔽處淤塞(髮絲)，後來清潔工處理，去水恢復正常。
房間清潔，水平頂尖，本人有潔癖，浴室放置洗漱用品的地方，使用前會自行抹乾淨，發現一塵不染。
酒店有一定歷史，難得保養用心，沒半點殘舊的感覺。」
