On the ground floor the apartment has an entrance area, toilet, kitchen, living room, and a direct access to the big terrace and garden. The big kitchen comes with a dining area. It includes a big fridge and freezer, an oven, a dish washer, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, water boiler, and all kinds of pots, dishes and kitchen supplies. There is also a big living room with a TV (162 Channels, HD, Netflix), a huge couch, a round iron stove, and a single bed that can be easily transformed into a double bed (160x200 cm, real mattress). The whole ground floor has a floor heating. The terrace comes with a wooden dining area and some sun-beds. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a bunk bed, an open wardrobe and a comfortable chair, the master bedroom has a small balcony facing the garden and the mountains. The other bedroom includes another king size bed (180x200 cm), an open wardrobe and as well a chair to relax. The upstairs bathroom includes a tube, a shower, a toilet and a sink.

The vaccation home is located in a traditional old farmers house, which has been completely renovated and newly furnished, in the village centre of Trauchgau - a rural area in Allgäu and just next to the alps. It is a perfect location to visit and explore the region, it is just a 10 minute drive to Hohenschwangau and the Neuschwanstein castle and 50 minutes to Zugspitze and Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
