This traditional 4-star Superior hotel is located in the centre of the historic Saxon mining town of Aue. It offers a daily breakfast buffet, free parking, 2 restaurants and a spa. The Hotel Blauer Engel dates from 1663. All rooms are elegantly furnished and feature free high-speed internet. The Tausendgüldenstube and St. Andreas restaurants serve Saxon, Bohemian and Mediterranean specialities. Saxon and international wines are available in the historic wine tavern. The spa area at the Blauer Engel includes a Finnish sauna, steam room and hot tub. Massages and beauty treatments are also available. There are also 3 bowling lanes at the Blauer Engel.
