The Petridamm tram stop is outside the Citymaxx. Trams run to Rostock Central Station in 10 minutes. Attractions near the Hotel Citymaxx include the historic Nikolaikirche church. This is 10-15 minutes away on foot. Battery-powered microvehicles pose a potential fire hazard and bicycles will block the escape route in the event of a fire. Therefore, taking it with you in the room is prohibited.
