Aquest hotel de gestió familiar de Coblença ofereix una terrassa vora el riu amb piscina coberta i gaudeix d'unes vistes magnífiques a la vall de l'Alt Rin, declarada Patrimoni de la Humanitat per la UNESCO, amb la seva famosa confluència del Deutsches Eck. Directament a la vora del Rin, amb vistes al Rin, al castell de Coblença i al nucli antic de Coblença, aparcament gratuït segons disponibilitat, totes les habitacions estan decorades individualment, el restaurant ofereix vistes al Rin, cuina regional i creacions de temporada amb gastronomia internacional, a l'estiu es pot arribar al nucli antic a peu amb ferri (uns 200 m). Hi ha WiFi gratuïta a totes les habitacions. El Diehls Hotel ofereix una sauna panoràmica amb vistes al Rin. El palau Kurfürstliches Schloss i l'històric teatre de Coblença es troben a 5 minuts amb cotxe de l'Hotel Diehls. Els vaixells turístics s'aturen a l'altra banda del Rin.
