Welcome to our Gelbe Koffer – the stylish “Design-Maisonette” in Schiffweiler, an elegant retreat full of character, tranquility, and timeless aesthetics. This two-level 115 m² holiday home is part of our high-quality Gelbe Koffer concept, known for style, quality and carefully curated spaces. Perfect for families, couples, groups and business travelers seeking premium comfort in Saarland. On the upper floor, you will find an open studio level with panoramic windows, a cozy box-spring bed zone (with reversible mattresses and adjustable firmness), a relaxation area with electric fireplace, sofa bed, reading chairs and a desk. On the lower floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and baby bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa, Smart TV and a balcony overlooking the greenery. The separate 14 m² kitchen is perfectly equipped for short and long-term stays: ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, mixer, coffee grinder, plus tea, coffee, sugar, salt and spices. The modern bathroom offers a shower, bidet, two washbasins and a toilet. You also have access to a spacious private terrace (approx. 60 m²) with pavilion, seating area, sun loungers and a grill – perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoying a BBQ together. Two free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, with no height or length restrictions. The location is central yet quiet: Netto 300 m, beautiful forest lakes 1.2 km, Gondwana Park 2 km, Neunkirchen 6 km, Saarbrücken 25 km. House rules – for a pleasant stay To ensure comfort for all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. A cozy outdoor smoking area is available in the garden.
