The idea for our first F10 APARTMENTS was born while studying at university. We started out in 2017 in the city center of Ulm. Since 2019 you can also stay in Roth (near Pfaffenhofen a.d. Roth), just about 15 Minutes from Ulm. In 2022 we added our newest F10 in Illertissen. We are pleased that our guests have learned to appreciate our attention to detail enabling us to grow to new horizons.

F10 APARTMENTS Roth offers two apartments with self-check-in ready for occupancy with freshly-made beds in the idyllic Roth village next to Pfaffenhofen an der Roth: F10 APARTMENT Roth BASE and LIGHT. Both are spacious, marble tiled, underfloor heated, offer fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms incl. toilet and each two bedrooms with smart TV. F10 APARTMENT Roth BASE is located in the basement/Souterrain level (all bedrooms are walk-through passage rooms). LIGHT is on the top floor/2nd upper floor of our villa. We offer many extras like for example free coffee, tea, shampoo, WiFi and free parking lots for your cars (even for long vehicles). They are centrally located between the main cities in the area: In about 10-15 minutes you reach Ulm, Neu-Ulm, Günzburg, Senden, Weißenhorn, Vöhringen, Roggenburg and Illertissen. From here you can get to know the idyllic and culturally rich surroundings in all its facets, just make a stopover on your journey or start trips in the area (e.g. to Ulm Münster Cathedral, Legoland Günzburg, the Roggenburg Monastery, the Vöhlin castle in Illertissen, ... ). After about a 2 minute drive you will find a drugstore, supermarkets, various restaurants, bakeries, bars, cafes, etc. in Pfaffenhofen a.d. Roth. From F10 Roth you can reach every major city of the region within approx. 10 to 20 minutes: Ulm, Neu-Ulm, Günzburg, Senden, Weißenhorn, Vöhringen, Roggenburg and Illertissen.
