This Hotel garni is located in Perlach, 3 minutes from the A8 motorway and a 15-minute drive south-east of Munich city centre.fab Hotel offers 6 free parking spaces, which belong to the hotel. You will find delicious Italian cuisine next door. Public transport options close by ensure easy access to Messe München, the city centre and the airport. The recently refurbished rooms at fab Hotel feature allergy-friendly wooden flooring. Most rooms include a balcony, a smart TV, USB sockets, a work desk and a private bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is available in the whole hotel. A gourmet buffet is served each morning in the bright breakfast room or under the chestnut trees on the terrace. Italian specialities can be enjoyed at the restaurant next door. There is also a hairdresser located in the building. fab Hotel is directly opposite a stop for the number 55 bus. Neuperlach-Zentrum Underground Station and Perlach S-Bahn station are a 15-minute walk away, offering regular connections to Munich city centre.
