We only rent one apartment. There is therefore no risk of infection among other guests. The studio/1-room holiday apartment is separated from the house and has its own entrance. Nobody lives above/below. This means that babies, for example, are no problem at night. The private terrace is shaded. Those who prefer the sun can switch to 3 other terraces or the garden. Due to the hillside location, there are optimal conditions at high temperatures. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Please note that there are approx. 20 steps to climb. A maximum of 3 bicycles are available free of charge. 2 MTB (XT) and + 1 City Bike. E-bike (Cannondale MTB Moterra) for a fee. If you are interested, please clarify in advance which bikes are available. Barbecue in the garden for use. Your car is safe at the house, on a free parking space (camera surveillance). At the end of November 2022 everything was freshly renovated again.

The tourist card gives you many discounts and some free services in the area, such as entrance fees, train/bus journeys in the region, e.g. to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald, etc. The solar outdoor pool Ohlstadt is within walking distance, other outdoor pools / indoor pools in the vicinity.

Perfect for hiking, mountain tours, easy bike trips in the Murnauer Moos to Garmisch Partenkirchen or difficult tours in the mountains are possible. No parking worries, everything directly from the house, e.g. with access to Wank or Heimgarten. Ski lifts are about 30 minutes away. Modern cafe/bakery for breakfast about 5 minutes by bike, supermarket about 10 minutes on foot. The train station, the Loisach, the outdoor pool or the Murnauer Moos can be reached on foot within 10-20 minutes. Murnau, Oberammergau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Bad Tölz are among the most beautiful market towns/cities in the region. The area is also called the 5 lakes area. The Starnberger-/Ammer-/Walchen-/Rieg- and Staffelsee are all nearby and easily accessible. We also recommend the Plansee through the Ammerwald to Reutte in Tyrol. You drive past Linderhof Palace. The hunting lodge of King Ludwig II is definitely worth seeing. Neuschwanstein Castle is approx. 60 km away - Andechs Abbey on Lake Ammersee is a good 40 km away. The Zugspitzbahn in Garmisch can be reached by bike, car or train. The Murnauer Moos, which lies at your feet, is definitely worth seeing. The horse stud Schwaiganger, the REHA clinic Ohlstadt and the accident hospital Murnau can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. The trains to Munich, Murnau, Garmisch, Mittenwald, Innsbruck and many more leave Ohlstadt every hour.
