A cozy attic apartment (approx. 45 sqm) on the 1st floor. It is perfect for a couple or to share with 2 friends/colleagues. There is 1 bedroom and 1 living room, which can be used as a 2nd bedroom. There is a comfortable sofa bed with a proper mattress and slatted frame (1.30x2m). There is also a shower room, a kitchen area with dining area. A dishwasher is available as well as a vacuum cleaner. For children there is a crib with bed linen and a high chair. These are available on request. Children's crockery is available in the apartment. In the entrance area of the house there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer for shared use. A terrace with garden furniture is available. In the period from May to September, an unheated outdoor pool is available for shared use. A barrel sauna can be used on request for a fee. One pet is allowed. An 11 kw electric charging station can be used for a fee. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
