This hotel is a restored mill outside Girod in the Westerwald region. The Freimühle offers a summer pool and classic rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The bright and spacious rooms of the 4-star Hotel Freimühle all feature soft carpet, a comfortable seating area and a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy a rich buffet breakfast on the terrace or in the Freimühle restaurant, which is historically decorated in the style of a mill. Traditional German and international dishes are served along with a large selection of wines. Freimühle Hotel also has a children’s playground and barbecue area. Guests can also go hiking or cycling in the surrounding Nassau Nature Park. The Freimühle offers free parking and is 2 minutes from the A3 motorway. It is a 10-minute drive from the Medieval town of Montabaur and a 15-minute drive from Limburg with its Romanesque cathedral.
