As YOGA TEACHER and graduate pedagogue, I run the FREIRAUM guest house, where all nations are warmly welcomed. For over three decades, I have been teaching yoga in all kinds of facilities and world companies, as well as in my own YOGASTUDIO FREIRAUM, which is located in-house. YOGA journeys to India, Dalmatia and Egypt have been part of my yoga work as well as the training of yoga trainers and yoga teachers.

The yoga studio FREIRAUM with its guest rooms is located in a natural environment at the end of the municipality Küps in the district Au. It is surrounded by extensive meadows and forests of the Franconian Forest Nature Park. Walks and excursions by bike in all possible directions can be started from here. Visit the festivals Rosenberg 5 kilometers away, the festivals Coburg or the beer city Kulmbach. The thermal baths Bad Staffelstein, Bad Steben or Bad Lobenstein can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The city of the World Heritage Bamberg can be reached in about 45 minutes. Numerous larger and smaller digger lakes in the area invite you to a relaxing day of swimming in easily accessible surroundings.
