The apartment is bright and south-facing. High-quality materials were used in the 2015 new construction, including red lime plaster for optimal indoor climate, Villeroy & Boch tiles, and Disano designer flooring with the "Blue Angel" health certification – the best conditions for a pleasant stay. Free parking is available directly in front of the building. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed (1.80 x 2 m box spring), from which you can see the eaves of the Swabian Alb (see photo). The sturdy sofa bed (1.20 x 2 m) can accommodate additional guests. A fold-away bed (90 x 200 cm) can also be provided. All beds offer comfortable sleeping thanks to memory foam toppers. Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed for longer stays. The apartment has 2.5 rooms and an open-plan kitchen. It is fully equipped, including a new Bosch dishwasher and a fridge-freezer with a BioFresh compartment from premium manufacturer Liebherr, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, toaster, microwave, dish soap, a Bosch vacuum cleaner, and much more. In the living room, a new 55-inch TV with satellite connection, Google TV, and Chromecast provides entertainment. Relax in the comfortable TV chair (swivel and with footrest). The spacious terrace offers panoramic views. Sun loungers and seating are available.

Our detached house is quietly located right on the upper edge of town, so that from the moment you step out the door, you'll feel a holiday feeling close to nature. The Hohenzollern Cycle Path is just 100 meters away, connecting to a diverse network of trails perfect for cycling, mountain biking, jogging, walking, hiking, strolling, etc. Balingen's city center can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Thanks to the train station in Engstlatt, public transport is also available. The city center has a car-free pedestrian zone with attractive shops, pubs, and cafés. A large weekly market takes place on Saturdays in the market square. Upon request, we are happy to provide bicycle storage or a place to charge your electric car. A highchair, children's dishes, age-appropriate toys, and separate bed linen can also be provided upon request. A nightlight and electrical outlet protectors are available in the storage room.
