So that you can feel at home on your well-deserved family vacation, summer vacation or winter vacation, we have done our best to create a nice, cozy atmosphere for you. Our holiday apartments all have a balcony with a view of the Karwendel, free WiFi, a large TV and a well-equipped kitchen/kitchenette (with Coffee B coffee machine, French press, KitchenAid kettle, KitchenAid toaster and refrigerator). Our location: Mittenwald, our little paradise in beautiful Upper Bavaria, impresses with its location between Kranzberg and Karwendel, its mountain lakes and its picturesque pedestrian zone. But Mittenwald is also so much more than just mountains, biking and hiking. Mittenwald is also tradition, enjoyment and versatility. We are Beda, Vroni and Valentina from Haus Heimatfrieden in Mittenwald. We have been renting out our beautiful, newly renovated holiday apartments directly in the center of Mittenwald since autumn 2023. To be more precise, we are located in the beautiful, historic district of Gries - just a 2-minute walk from the pedestrian zone. As a local family, we love nature and the diversity that Mittenwald has to offer. Whether for hiking, biking, climbing or simply relaxing, there is something on offer for everyone. Mittenwald itself has a lot to offer, but if you would like to explore the surrounding area, there are also some great day trip destinations. For example, the Walchensee, the Zugspitze or the Ahornboden, the Gaistal, the Alpine city of Innsbruck or Munich should be mentioned here. Mittenwald also impresses with its proximity to Austria, Switzerland and Italy. By car you can be in Tyrol in just 10 minutes, at Lake Garda in 3.5 hours and if you want, you can also take a day trip to tax-free Samnaun or Switzerland (we are happy to recommend our local bus companies for this).
