We are Julia and Johannes, JJ, a sporty, empathetic and fun-loving couple. In addition to our work and our passion for the holiday apartment, we spend most of our free time doing sports (e.g. we like to cross the Alps by bike). We live on Lake Constance and love the region. Enjoy the stylish, cozy atmosphere that we have created with great attention to detail. **Our apartment** Our apartment is located in a well-equipped holiday complex and offers you everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the living and sleeping area you will find a comfortable bed (180x200cm), a cozy (sleeper) sofa, and a dining area for 2-4 people. A modern smart TV, WiFi, and a selection of books and board games for adults and children provide entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffee machine & coffee, herbs and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. In the modern bathroom you will also find shampoo, soap, a hairdryer and even a small iron. **The complex** As a guest you have free access to a heated indoor pool, a wellness area with sauna and relaxation room, as well as many leisure options directly in the complex. These include a bowling alley, a bocce court and a mini golf course. There is even a hairdresser, a spa and a beauty salon. For daily enjoyment there is a **fine bakery** right in the house - perfect for a fresh breakfast! A free parking space right in front of the house is part of the accommodation. You can also use the bicycle cellar. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer offer additional amenities.

Scheidegg offers a picturesque setting with impressive Alpine panoramas. It is a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor fans. **Hiking**: The region is criss-crossed with hiking trails for all levels of difficulty. The Panoramaweg Scheidegg is popular and offers wonderful views of the Alps. **Cycling**: Scheidegg is a good starting point for cycling tours in the Allgäu. Whether relaxed rides or challenging road bike and mountain bike routes - there is something for everyone here. **Winter activities**: Cross-country skiing and snowshoe hikes are particularly popular in the winter months. Smaller ski areas are located in the nearby area. The **Skywalk Allgäu** is one of the main attractions in the region. It is a treetop path that allows visitors to walk through nature on a sturdy walkway high above the treetops. The Skywalk offers spectacular views of the Alps and Lake Constance. There is also an adventure playground and a nature trail. The **Scheidegger Waterfalls** are among the most beautiful natural sights in the region. They are two cascades that plunge a total of around 22 meters into the depths. The **Alpenfreibad** is a highlight in the summer months. It offers a spacious swimming pool, a children's area and a large lawn with a view of the Alps. Scheidegg is a state-recognized **climatic health resort**. Many people visit the region for relaxation and for spa stays. In addition to the clean air, there are also numerous **wellness offers**. The **Scheidegg golf club** offers a 9-hole golf course. The course is suitable for both beginners and experienced golfers. **Lake Constance**: Scheidegg is only about 20 kilometers from Lake Constance, so a day trip to the sights around the lake, such as the island of Lindau or Mainau, is possible. **Pfänder**: Bregenz's local mountain is another popular destination, from which you have a magnificent view of Lake Constance and the Alps.
