All rooms are fully equipped according to the latest environmental standards and feature a private bathroom, a seating area and a kitchenette (The use of the kitchen is not included, this has to be booked additionally for a fee.) Karlsplatz (Stachus) is 600 metres from AdvaStay by KING's, while Pinakothek der Moderne is 900 metres away. The nearest airport is München Airport, 29 km from AdvaStay by KING's. Please note that there is currently a construction site near the hotel.
