日本「スタッフの方が大変親切でした！翌朝早くに飛行場に行く必要があったのですが、こちらのホテルでは、朝食を4時からとることができ、助かりました、味も美味しかったです。また、ハンブルク空港までシャトルバスが隣のホテルから30分おきで出ていて、こちらのホテルで追加料金（確か4か6ユーロ）を支払い、乗ることができました。」
