This family-run hotel is situated in the Weiler district of Merzig, near the Moselle and Saar rivers. It is near (but out of sight or hearing range) of the A8 motorway, as well as the borders to France and Luxembourg. The 3-star Hotel-Restaurant Laux offers modern, comfortable rooms which are situated in the new building. All rooms include free WiFi and a 81 cm flat-screen TV and other amenities, while many rooms also have a balcony. Enjoy hearty, home-style cuisine in the cosy Hotel-Restaurant Laux restaurant, as well as carefully selected wines. The surrounding, forested Saar-Hunsrück nature park is excellent for hiking and cycling. You can drive to the city of Luxembourg (50 km) and Findel Airport (45 km) in about 40 minutes.
