You will stay in between the bustling lifelines of the trendy West and South-West, the Karl-Heine-Straße and the Könneritzstraße (the so call Kö!) with their wide range of diverse cultural (Lofft, Theater der Jungen Welt, Muko, Schaubühne, Westwerk, Spinnerei, Schauburg, Cineding) and culinary places, their trendy shops and markets and their special nightlife. The RB-Arena, the stadium of Bundesliga club RB Leipzig, and the Arena Leipzig, the biggest concert and indoor sports hall are 20 to 25 minutes walk distance or 10 minutes by tram away. To the tram station Holbeinstraße (Line 1 and 2) in the Könneritzstraße you need two minutes and to the tram station Nonnenstraße (Line 14) three minutes by foot. At the tram station Holbeinstraße you will find rental bicycles, too. Parking is free in the residential streets around the house. It is not easy to find a parking lot but till about 5 p.m. it should be possible. If you wish you can also rent our private parking lot next door.

The apartment has WiFi and a 400 Mbit/s internet connection. About the equipment of it there will be also no wishes left. In the sleeping room you find a 180 cm wide Kingsize bed, a 43" flat-tv with HbbTV (media library) and YouTube connection, a big wardrobe and a large commode and on request a baby bed. In the separate living room (no connecting room) there is a large sofa, witch you can convert with on hand to a comfortable 160 cm wide Queensize bed, a dining table for four adults, a 55" flat-tv with HbbTV (media library) and YouTube connection, a writing desk and a big commode. From the living room you can step on a spacy balcony where four adults can comfortably sit on the balcony table having their breakfast. The kitchen provides a fridge, a oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster and a water cooker as well as all the dishes and cookware you need. The small but stylish bathroom invites you with its walk-in-shower to feel good.
