The Maltes-Ostseekoje was newly built in 2023 and has been lovingly furnished as a holiday apartment since 2024. It is located on the ground floor, has easy access, and offers two rooms for up to five people (ideal for two adults and children). Amenity highlights: - Fireplace, infrared sauna, and underfloor heating - Modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machines, and more - Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DAB+ radio - Terrace with grill, awning, beach chair, and seating area - Fly screens on windows and doors, bicycle storage - Parking directly in front of the front door - Dogs are welcome! Especially in the colder months, the apartment invites you to spend cozy days – with a book in front of the fireplace or relaxing hours in the sauna. And in summer, the terrace is a favorite spot for all guests – whether for breakfast or for an evening barbecue.
Welcome to Maltes-Ostseekoje! I'm Doris – originally from beautiful Bavaria and an accountant by profession – but my heart belongs to the Baltic Sea. Together with my little Maltese dog, Malte, I discovered and fell in love with the region around Olpenitz. The idea for Maltes-Ostseekoje was born on a trip that not only I, but also Malte, were immediately enthusiastic about. Today, as a host, I have the privilege of providing many other guests with a relaxing time on the Baltic Sea. It's especially important to me that you feel at home with us – whether as a couple, family, or with your four-legged friend. My passion is nature, the sea, good food, and interacting with guests from near and far. When I'm not in Olpenitz myself, I put my heart and soul in the background to ensure that your stay is a complete success.
The surroundings of Maltes-Ostseekoje are a true highlight – maritime, close to nature, and ideal for unwinding. Just a few minutes' walk away is the fine sandy Weidefelder beach – also completely dog-friendly from November to March! Also within walking distance is the harbor of the OstseeResort Olpenitz with its new harbor promenade, small shops, and cafés. The historic harbor town of Kappeln can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike or car – an idyllic place with restaurants, fish sandwich stands, boutiques, a museum harbor, and the famous Schlei Bridge. Other nearby tips: - Nature experiences: Walks along the Schlei, bike rides along the coast, birdwatching in the nature reserve - Culinary delights: Restaurant "Tauwerk" (Olpenitz), fish restaurant "La Mer" (Kappeln), harbor snack bar with fresh fried fish - Leisure activities: Fishing opportunities, boat trips, wellness offers, visit to the Schlei Museum
