Please note that the property has no reception. Check-in instructions will be sent by email and must be confirmed by the guest. Requests for extra beds and cots should be made once your booking has been processed.
Guests are asked to observe the noise ordinance, and to avoid playing loud music or having guests from 22:00 to 06:00. Should neighbours complain and/or call the police, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit.
Please note that roof renovation and maintenance work may take place between April to mid November.
Please note that there is 1 parking spot per Apartment available. The parking spaces are: 2.60m wide x 4.50m deep
