Towels are not included but can be rented on site for a surcharge of EUR 5 per towel. Alternatively, guests can bring their own.

Any reservaion for 10 or more people per night, is considered a group booking with different Terms and Conditions. Group bookings can only be made through the property's reservations team. Otherwise, Generator reserves the right to cancel it.

The property can only allow Dogs with a maximum weight of 75lbs./ 34kg.

PAYMENT: For Advance Purchase rates/Non Refundable rates, we require the payment card used for booking to be presented upon check in.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: In Germany unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generator's parental/guardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parent/guardian. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel.
