This family-run hotel in Hügel in Essen lies on the shore of the lovely Baldeneysee lake in the industrial Ruhrgebiet's green belt. Varied buffet breakfasts are available in the mornings. The Parkhaus Hügel offers modern, comfortable rooms. Free private parking is available at the hotel. Leave your car here and go for a bike ride or walk along the Ruhrtalradwanderweg trail, which leads right past the hotel. The Hügel train station is just behind the hotel. The Parkhaus Hügel is also next to the entrance of the impressive Villa Hügel in the Hügelpark - a stop on the Route der Industriekultur (route of industrial culture).
