The apartment has light oak parquet flooring. The living-dining area is very bright due to floor-to-ceiling large windows and you have a wonderful view of the park and a historic church. The brightly designed kitchen with a cooking island in front is fully equipped and directly adjoins the dining area, whose table offers space for 4 people. The living area is immediately adjacent and invites you to relax or watch TV with its large sofa. On the very large balcony with seating set, warm summer evenings can be enjoyed with a glass of wine.
