The guest-house "Am Heusteig" with its central location is a quiet and comfortable house. With a few minutes walking you can easily reach the Stuttgart City Hall, the "Schwabenzentrum" (Administration) and the central city with its huge shopping facilities. If you interested in culture you ought to visit the "Staatsgalerie" nearby with its leading exhibitions of art.
The guest-house "Am Heusteig" is located in a 5 min. walking distance to the centre of Stuttgart with its famous State Theatre, the art galery "Staatsgalerie", the Old and New Palace with its wide park area, the shopping area "Koenigstrasse", Market Place and Market Hall as well as the famous and well known events like the Stuttgart Weindorf (end of August) and the huge Christmas Market in December (starting on 1st advent). Also very attractive is the opera-, theatre- and concert program. Highlights every summer are the Bach Academy Festival and openair concerts in the former "Renaissance-Hof" of the Old castle and so on. Numerous Restaurants, Bars and Cafes and a variety of shopping facilities are surrounding the guest-house. The close bus- and urban railway stations of "SSB" enabling fast connections to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the zoo "Wilhelma" and the famous Musical Theatres (SI-Zentrum).
