Centrally located and only a few steps away from the train station and town hall, the guesthouse offers simple and inexpensive accommodation for day guests as well as holidaymakers who want to stay for longer periods. A bakery and shops are just 500 metres away. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms with 2 and 3 bunk beds, each with its own bathroom, as well as a lounge with kitchenette, which can be used by all guests. The accommodation can accommodate up to 10 guests and can also be booked exclusively. The communal kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, sink, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also cutlery, crockery and glasses for 10 people. Cooking facilities include two hobs, a microwave and a stone pizza oven.

The accommodation is located a few metres from the train station and central bus station (ZOB) at Karl-Dressel-Str. 35 in 17139 Malchin. There is a large public car park just a few steps away from the house. Examples for travelling: - By car: via the A24/A19 Linstow L204 and L20 exits (alternatively Röbel or Malchow exits); in Malchin turn left at the first traffic lights into Rudolf-Fritz-Straße, later Bahnhofstraße and at the junction with the B104 at the level of the railway station turn right through the historic Kalensche Tor gate. The house is about 50 metres from the gate on the right-hand side of the street. - By train: from Berlin main station take the regional train RE5 to Güstrow and from there the RE4 to Malchin (3 hours). Alternatively via Pasewalk / Neubrandenburg or Neustrelitz - Bus: e.g. from Waren line 403 to ZOB Malchin (approx. 50 minutes)
