We are a family-run guesthouse offering vacation rentals, and we warmly welcome every guest - whether you're here to explore Dresden, visit friends and relatives, or stay for work.
Our guests love the shared kitchen, the cozy common room with a piano next to it, and enjoy relaxing in the park-like garden with a small pond. The garden benches and chairs are popular spots to unwind in the sun or to end the day in the fresh air under the cool shade of the trees.
Our house is a bit tucked away at the back of the property. If you have trouble finding us, just give us a call - we’ll be happy to guide you.
All of us - our families and children - want you to feel safe, welcome, and a little bit at home during your stay with us.

Our family-run W.I.P. Welt im Park guesthouse is located about 5 km from the historic center of Dresden. Tram line 7 takes you directly to Dresden Central Station, the city center with the City Museum, and the trendy district "Neustadt."
Each of our well-equipped rooms offers free Wi-Fi access. Guests can find free public parking on the small side streets surrounding the house. The rooms feature satellite TV, a private bathroom with free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a shower.
