The Hotel-Restaurant Adler provides individually furnished rooms with natural wood furniture and modern bathrooms. All rooms include a flat-screen TV and bathrobes, and some have a balcony. Classic French cuisine is served in the hotel's restaurant, while regional dishes are served in the guest house. Breakfast is provided each morning, and guests can dine on the terrace in good weather. Ortenau Golf Club is a 5-minute drive from Hotel Adler. Guests are 15 minutes from the A5 motorway and 35 minutes from Freiburg. Free parking is provided.

The restaurants (Gasthaus and Gourmetrestaurant) are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Breakfast is of course served.
The restaurant is open between 18:30 and 22:00 from Wednesdays until Sundays. It is also open at lunchtime on Sundays and public holidays.
Guests can reserve a table at the restaurant or in the Gasthaus lounge in advance by noting it in their reservation.
